Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do!
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We aim to process all orders within three working days. After that it's up to the postal service. You will recieve a shipping confirmation email to allow full tracking of your parcel, once it has been dispatched.
Q: I want to return my candle. Can I?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept returns on used candles. If you receive a defective product we will be happy to provide a replacement. Use the "Contact Us" feature on our main website to request a replacement. Please note that we may ask for proof of damage before a new candle is sent.
Q: Can I place a custom order?
A: Yes! Contact us through our website or social media and we'll talk specifics.
